Day Zero
Knowing your brand before we start.
Before you sign, we place your brand next to the brands your customers compare you with: how many people search for you by name, and how many of them go on to buy. Brands above the line turn the interest they create into sales. Brands below it watch that interest go somewhere else.
Then we find out why. We read your reviews to hear what people love and what lets them down, trace where your traffic comes from on Amazon and off it, check whether your pages carry your voice, and ask where you want the business to be in three years. Then we get to work on it in week one.

Twelve months of growth, week by week.
We write a twelve-month plan with you, built step by step from where you are today to where you want to be. It covers new customers and returning ones, a stronger organic ranking, sustainable ad spend, converting traffic driven from channels, and new product ideas from rising trends.
Then we stay close: a short note every week on what moved and why, and a monthly sit-down to adjust the plan. Ransley leads the strategy, with specialists supporting him.
